Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase govern all transactions and subscriptions on the Narrative AI platform ("Platform"), operated by FirstLine Intelligence Systems, LLC ("Company"). By completing a purchase or initiating a subscription, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. Subscription Plans

Narrative AI is offered on an annual subscription basis, priced per officer per month and billed as a single annual payment. The current pricing for agency subscriptions is as follows:

• Founder Agency Rate: $16.45 per officer per month, billed annually ($197.40 per officer per year). This rate is available to a limited number of early-adopting agencies. Qualifying agencies are locked into this rate for the duration of their continuous subscription.

Pricing is subject to change for new subscriptions upon 30 days' written notice. Existing subscribers will not have their rate increased during a paid annual term.

2. Billing

Subscriptions are billed annually in advance. Payment is processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize the Company to charge your payment method for the applicable annual fee and for renewals unless cancelled in accordance with Section 4. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

3. Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each annual term at the then-current price (or at your locked-in rate, if applicable), unless cancelled at least 14 days before the renewal date. We will send a renewal reminder by email at least 30 days before your renewal date.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting info@narrative-ai.org or through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Platform through the end of the paid term. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund except as described in Section 5.

5. Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

• Service Unavailability: If the Platform experiences unplanned downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours due to a failure on our part, you may request a pro-rated credit for the affected period. Credits are applied to future billing cycles and are not paid as cash refunds.
• Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charge, wrong amount), contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate and correct the error.
• New Subscriptions — 14-Day Trial: If your agency is in its first 14 days of a paid subscription and the Platform does not perform as described, you may request a full refund by contacting info@narrative-ai.org with a description of the issue. Refunds under this provision are at our sole discretion.

No refunds are issued for partial months, unused features, or cancellations mid-term except as stated above.

6. Taxes

Subscription fees do not include applicable sales, use, value-added, or other taxes. You are responsible for all such taxes, which may be added to your invoice depending on your jurisdiction.

7. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will notify you by email and attempt to process the payment again within 5 business days. If the payment is not resolved within 15 days of the original due date, we may suspend Platform access. Access will be restored promptly upon receipt of payment. Persistent non-payment may result in account termination.

8. Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing for new subscriptions. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect at renewal. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before the renewal date.

9. Enterprise and Custom Agreements

Agencies requiring custom billing, purchase orders, multi-year commitments, or enterprise-level agreements should contact info@narrative-ai.org. Custom terms supersede these Terms of Purchase where applicable.
