Agency Agreement
FirstLine Intelligence Systems, LLC · Effective: May 1, 2026
By using the Narrative AI platform you agree to be bound by this document and all applicable Narrative AI policies.
This Agency Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between FirstLine Intelligence Systems, LLC ("Company") and the law enforcement agency ("Agency") subscribing to the Narrative AI platform. By activating an agency account or authorizing officer access, the Agency agrees to this Agreement. This Agreement supplements and incorporates the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all other applicable policies.
1. Agency Account
An agency subscription grants the Agency the ability to provision and manage officer-level accounts up to the number authorized under the applicable subscription plan. The Agency designates one or more administrators ("Agency Administrators") who are responsible for account management, user provisioning, and compliance oversight.
2. Agency Administrator Responsibilities
Agency Administrators are responsible for: (a) verifying and approving the identity and authorization of all users added to the agency account; (b) promptly disabling access for officers who separate from the agency or whose role no longer requires Platform access; (c) ensuring all agency users have received appropriate training; (d) maintaining the accuracy of agency profile information, including billing contacts and authorized personnel; (e) serving as the primary point of contact with FirstLine Intelligence Systems, LLC for account matters.
3. Authorized Officers
The Agency authorizes access only for personnel who: (a) are current employees or authorized contractors of the Agency; (b) require access to perform legitimate law enforcement documentation duties; and (c) have completed any required Platform orientation. The Agency accepts liability for unauthorized use resulting from its failure to maintain proper access controls.
4. Subscription and Fees
Agency subscriptions are priced on a per-officer, per-year basis. The current founder agency rate is $16.45 per officer per month, billed annually. Pricing is subject to change upon 30 days' written notice. The Agency agrees to pay all fees associated with its subscription tier and any additional users provisioned during the term.
Agencies are invoiced annually in advance. Failure to pay within 30 days of invoice may result in suspension of Platform access. Reactivation requires payment of all outstanding balances.
5. Data Ownership
The Agency retains full ownership of all incident data, report content, and information submitted through the Platform by its officers. The Company processes this data solely to provide the Platform's services and does not claim any ownership interest. Upon termination of the subscription, the Agency may request a data export within 30 days; thereafter, data may be deleted from active systems subject to our retention policy.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of the other's proprietary information. The Company will treat all agency data as confidential and will not disclose it to unauthorized third parties except as required to operate the Platform or comply with law. The Agency will maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information about the Platform provided by the Company.
7. Compliance
The Agency is responsible for ensuring its use of the Platform complies with: (a) applicable federal, state, and local laws; (b) CJIS Security Policy requirements where applicable; (c) departmental policies and procedures; and (d) public records and data retention laws of its jurisdiction. The Company will cooperate reasonably in supporting the Agency's compliance obligations.
8. Suspension and Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate an agency account for: (a) material breach of this Agreement or the Terms of Service; (b) non-payment of fees; (c) use of the Platform in violation of applicable law; or (d) conduct that poses a risk to the Platform or other users. The Agency may terminate its subscription at the end of a billing cycle by providing 30 days' written notice to info@narrative-ai.org.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Company's liability to the Agency is limited as set forth in the Terms of Service. The Company is not liable for disciplinary outcomes, litigation results, or adverse findings arising from reports generated using the Platform, regardless of whether IARE or other review tools were used.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions of the Terms of Service.
